FAQ’s –

Shipping
How much does shipping cost? - Generally the cost for Standard 3 to 5 days shipping is under $10, 2nd Day Air and Overnight Rush are available at checkout at additional cost. Sometimes we will run a special with reduced shipping charges. Check our shipping information page for the most up to date information.
How long does it take to get my order? - Orders are shipped out the same day or next business day after your order. Depending on what shipping option you select it could be as little as 1 business day and as much as 6 business days.
What kind of box does it come in? - All orders are shipped in discreet boxes. In most cases the boxes will be UPS boxes.
Can I track my order? – Yes, we can provide you with a tracking number. The tracking number will be E-mailed to you after the order has been shipped.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.? - No, we are sorry we don't ship outside the U.S.

Payment
What company name will be billed to my card? - Your credit card will be billed as Bare Essentials.
What type of credit card do you accept? - For your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal. We do not accept checks or cash for online transactions.
When is my card charged? - Your card is usually charged the same day of purchase after we verify your order.
Can I cancel my order? - Because of our quick delivery times, we are unable to cancel an order after it has been placed.

Security
Is my credit card safe on your site? - All steps have been taken on our part to ensure your credit card data is safe. We use secure servers when handling and processing your card. We only work with national credit card processors with strict standards.
Do you keep my credit card information on file? - Your credit card information is stored on our secure servers for a short period of time while we process your order. This is no longer than 24 hours.

Privacy Policy
Information provided by the customer is strictly confidential. We do not sell, give out or market email addresses or any other personal information (name, credit card etc.) to other individuals or companies. All information from you, the customer, is solely for the reason of processing and shipping your order. We may occasionally send out newsletters, special offers, coupons, etc. via email to the email address in which you provide us with. If you wish not to receive these notifications, please notify us. Your privacy is of the utmost importance and we will ensure it stays that way.

Returns*
Can I return something for a refund? - We are committed to satisfying our customer and therefore have a "no hassle" return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return any unworn, unused merchandise or unopened novelty. We will make every effort to expedite your return request. Please read terms below.
•Please ensure you review your items carefully. An exchange within 30 days will be allowed.
•Obtain a Return Authorization via email (this MUST be obtained within 30 days of delivery of product)
•There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
•Mail the merchandise along with the Return Authorization to our address below. We must receive the merchandise undamaged along with the original tags and in original packaging (on prepackaged items).

•We must receive merchandise within 30 days once a Return Authorization has been obtained. Please label your box with the Return Authorization number. We will refuse any merchandise without a Return Authorization.
•Customer is responsible for shipping costs, unless the merchandise was defective or Bare Essentials delivered the wrong product.
•If the returned merchandise has been damaged, worn or used* a refund will be denied. Merchandise will be returned back to you.
•Please, no returns on panties! No exceptions!
*This is determined by Bare Essentials. All items are subject to inspection before any returns/exchanges will be given. For health and safety reasons, worn merchandise cannot be returned.
